Working with us

We want DTS to be a place where good people can do good work - and enjoy life outside work too.  Our Normanby workshop operates a four-day working week, giving the team a three-day weekend. Employees also enjoy health insurance, a wellbeing allowance, fortnightly team lunches and free daily transport from New Plymouth.
